Position Summary:
Complete college semester term (4:6 months) working as a member of the Facility Engineering, Store Design team. Under supervision of the Store Planning Director, Manager and/or Supervisors, complete design related tasks and projects. Role model and demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
Essential Job Functions:
: Assist in the concept design generation and development of store plans as directed by store planning managers and project leads
: Complete the production of assigned store plans
: Participate in team meetings, department meetings, division conference calls and meetings with associated corporate departments
: Accompany store planners on store visits
: Produce plans using AutoCad and/or Revit
: Complete cumulative project (summary of internship accomplishments) and present to Executive Team or appropriate Managers
: Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications:
: Working toward a Bachelor degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design
: Junior standing or higher at an accredited college or university
: Minimum 2.5 GPA
: Proficiency in AutoCad and/or Revit
: Proven verbal and written communication skills
: Responds to change as a positive challenge
