Overview: Jenzabar is looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to join its Partner Team for JenzabarA?s JX, CX, Higher Reach and Retention Products. This cross:departmental position, while reporting to JenzabarA?s JX/CX PD on a day:to:day basis, will play a key role as a member of JenzabarA?s Partner Team. JOB SUMMARYWork, develop and oversee integrations between JenzabarA?s partners and JenzabarA?s CX, JX, HigherReach, and Retention products. While this role will report to Jenzabar CX/JX Product Development on a day:to:day basis, it will also report to the VP of Partner Relations and be a team member of the Jenzabar Partner Team.Translate client: and Jenzabar: specific requirements to integration objectives into project goals, plans and actions.Establish timelines, milestones, deliverables, and end:of:integration criteria.Perform entire system life cycle development, including project definition, requirements definition, design/prototyping, system integration, testing and validation.Perform diligence to support the Partner Team and integration planning for the respective product line(s).Work closely with Product Development and product managers to ensure current and effective utilization of the appropriate technology and methods to create integrations with Jenzabar products.Drive integration decisions, report team progress and escalate issues for quick resolution.Act as the key contact with the Partner Team, Product Development, other departments and JenzabarA?s partners to communicate, adjust and develop integration plans while identifying issues, concerns and gaps to ensure alignment of objectives.Work collaboratively with cross:functional teams (Partner Team, PD Team, services team and product managers) on all key aspects of integration(s).Present integration updates, risks and opportunities.Participate in deep dive of technology assessment for potential partners.Be a resource to the Partner Team and Product Development.Develop, organize and communicate integration process standards, best practices and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.Develop and track integration budgets based on initial scopes. Job Skills RequiredBachelorA?s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.Programming languages and architectures: C, .Net framework, Visual Studio, CSS, HTML5, Javascript or js frameworks (like Ember), experience with Web Services and REST APIA?s, jQuery, ASP.Net, MVC, nHibernate. SQL Server, SQL. Proven aptitude for engineering, coding, deploying and maintaining solutions across various platforms.Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non:technical resources.Ability to quickly learn and comprehend existing complex systems infrastructures.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically, pay strong attention to detail, and work with a high degree of ambiguity.Able to work on multiple projects.Ability to travel to meet with the Partner Team, services, Product Development, product marketing and potential and existing partners, if needed. Required ExperienceFive (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in systems integration.Demonstrated experience managing data flows, integrating technologies, and maintaining system environments on mid: to large:scale software development projects.Demonstrated experience with systems architecture design.Experience with design and development of user interfaces.Experience with software/web design and development.Database architecture and modeling.Experience with data warehousing, Informix Dynamic Server, Cognos, Microsoft SSIS, and ETLs. Familiarity with Jenzabar CX, JX, JICS, E:Learning, Higher Reach, and other Jenzabar products is a definite PLUS.
