Drummer Wanted in Cincinnati, Ohio For Sale

Hi,
We are an established band that is looking for a new drummer. Our style is very eclectic and ranges from alternative, folk, blues, rock, and country.
Our current members consist of:
Corey (33) - vocals/guitar/banjo
Heather (26) - vocals/guitar
Tim (33) - bass
We have very strong/catchy originals and are considered a very vocally-strong band.
We have recently Played at Arnold's (downtown) and Baba Budan's (our first two gigs), but have decided to part ways with our recent drummer.
What we are looking for:
1. A good drummer :o)
2. Dedicated to music. Meaning, this is a top hobby for you and you are passionate about music and the creation of it.
3. Somebody who has their life together (no drugs or drama please).
4. Able to play a simple/quiet beat when needed. We have rock songs that you can get loud on, but we also have folk like songs where we would need it toned down.
5. Somebody in the vicinity of our age.
6. Must be able to practice at least once a week (sometimes two).
Plus’s would be:
1. Hand percussion – if you have a djembay or similar, we could always incorporate it into some of our more mellow songs.
2. Singing – again, not a requirement by any means. But, if you can sing..even better!
We have about 20 original songs down pat, and a bunch more we are working on.
