I'm a Public School Music Teacher that recently retired, and I would like to stay active in the music scene.
I am in my 60?s and I am looking to find musicians close to my age who are interested in producing and playing quality music.
I like many styles of music including Rock, Latin, and Jazz, and I think I would best fit in with musicians who are open to play more than one style of music. Although the Drum Set is my first instrument of choice, I can also double on Timbales, some Keyboards, and if necessary, a little Guitar or Bass. I have experience in studio work, and would enjoy volunteering to do the same. I?m comfortable reading drum charts and I can follow a click track.
I am at a point in my life where I have all the time and freedom in the world to dedicate to playing music. If you are a group of musicians about my age, and can appreciate a versatile drummer that knows how to create a solid groove so others can confidently solo, I think we will click.
