Rhythm/Lead guitarist needed in Cincinnati, Ohio For Sale

We are looking for a rhythm/lead guitarist to replace an outgoing member of our band. We are an older group of guys who like to play out once every 3 - 4 weeks. More if warranted. We are a classic/southern rock type band and play what the crowd dictates. A lot of the songs are the same old, same old, but we play for the peeps, not ourselves. The type of music we play is varied, from Skynyrd/Allman to Stevie Wonder/BeeGee's. If is mostly from the 70's to mid 80's, with some country bar songs thrown in.
What we are looking for is someone who could do some leads and play if double leads are called for. It would be great if you could add some vocals, but that's not totally a "have to". We play for what the bar/ group can pay. We are NOT in it for the money, that's a bonus. We have a great time for our families/friends/and fans.
We are an older group (meaning grown-up) and aren't looking for drama.
All we ask is that you have your own transportation, own equipment, be able to gig once or twice a month (with practice on Tuesday's).
We practice in northern Independence and, unless the money is too good to pass up, gig within 15 miles of this base.
Our next scheduled is the 1st week of November, so we need to be getting on with it.
