Takamine PreAmp, Roadrunner case, Takamine guitar project. in Cincinnati, Ohio For Sale

Time to clean out the closet. All of the following is for sale or trade. Here we go:
-Takamine TK-40 preamp - includes everything that you need, pickup, jack, bridge, etc. Has volume control, bass, middle and treble frequency slider controls, EQ bypass, a Notch Filter, Tuner and a Mid Contour Switch. - $50
-Roadrunner soft sided case for a standard dreadnought guitar. Nice cross between a hardshell case and a gig bag. Great condition. - $25
-Last but not least, I have a Takamine EG544SC that I bought as a project but haven't had time to mess with. The neck, back, and sides are in great shape. It needs a new top, frets, and hardware. Someone sanded the top too much and sanded through it so the top is shot. The neck is straight and level but needs frets. All of the hardware has been removed from the guitar. This would be good for someone to fix up and sell or if you own a shop you could use the wood or something. I have fret wire for it and I'll throw it in. - $50
