This position will be based out of Covington, KY. The territory will encompass Greater Cincinnati, OH.
Below is a detailed listing of this jobs description and requirements. With that being said, the most important characteristic a person could have for us is leadership. We are looking for a leader.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Branch Managers responsibility is to provide leadership to plan, organize, and direct all activities and strategies for your assigned branch to assure that operational and financial performance is maintained. The sales representative will work consistently from 7am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and can encompass weekend responsibilities. Most of the early morning and late afternoon responsibilities will encompass operational matters while the middle of the day will consist of more sales, customer service, and recruiting. There will never be two days alike.
Below are numerous duties this position will include:
Engaged is dispatching appropriate personnel to the respective jobs, especially on 1st shift
Planning, mapping, and implementing daily run sheets for all drivers
Planning, directing and monitoring most all branch sales and marketing activities.
Making consistent cold calls both in person and over the phone.
Directing branch customer service activities to establish, improve and enhance customer service.
Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly reports of progress.
Recruiting and dispatching and/or driving of temporary workers to work sites.
Providing support to the various facets of our business including accounting, recruiting, job placement, human resources, and customer service.
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
Prepare and maintain employment records.
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
Drafting memos, emails, etc. in response to queries, complaints and requests for assistance.
Assisting in updating and redrafting existing recruitment policies.
Performing routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment procedures and accounting.
Providing horizontal support to other staff members of the other branches.
Performing any other supporting tasks assigned by the hierarchical supervisors.
Document preparation : job description; job site information, customer information,etc.
Arranging interviews.
Candidate management.
Posting internal job advertisements.
Document preparation of management information : monthly; quarterly; annually.
Responsibility for managing client and candidate feedback forms.
Identify sources for qualified candidates.
Prepare for interview such as: receive and screen resumes, make plan of interview, inform to candidates.
Participate in recruiting events.
Input applicants information into our database.
