We are looking for individuals that are willing to work hard, open to learning and growing, and passionate about having fun Job Responsiblities will include but are not limited to:Directly supervises cashiers, attractions employees, and guest service representatives throughout the facility.Creates a fun, effective work environment by managing performance based on the center's core values.Takes on individual initiatives and projects delegated from management teamProvides leadership of day:to:day activities of employees and assigns responsibility for specific work or functional activities, including lane assignments, break schedules etc.Table touching and floor managementThrough knowledge of POS systemsPays attention to details for different aspects of facility presentation and guest experience Stays aware of staffing levelsHandles opening and closing procedures of facilityKnowledge and compliance with all procedures and cash management policiesEnsures that Center is clean and ready for guests at all timesMakes basic fixes on arcade games and attractionsHandles guest complaints in a manner that will leave the guest happy first and foremost while costing the company as little as possible. Supervisory Responsibilities InterviewingHiring and firingTraining employees Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving guest or employee issues.Provides training and coaching when appropriateAssists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity Provides input into performance evaluations and performance management of employees
