Position Summary::/h2:
Develop and implement recruiting and selection strategies, solutions and best practices for the staffing needs of General Office. Prepare and implement business:building recruiting project plans that will enable recruiters to effectively source, attract, screen, recruit and select the best talent that will contribute to the long:range growth of the company. Partner with HR Managers and business partners to analyze business needs in terms of current and future resources. Role model and demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
Essential Job Functions::/h2:
: Design and develop strategic recruiting solutions that enable recruiters to effectively attract, source, select and retain talent
: Identify and develop recruitment sources and methods to drive high quality recruiting results including leveraging creative techniques/trends, continuing to develop innovate solutions and implementing industry best practices/trends (process, tools, technology)
: Develop and identify metrics and evaluation methods/tools to ensure an effective recruiting strategy. Utilize metrics to implement continuous process improvements and to determine the best recruiting approaches available
: Oversee performance in all recruiting aspects including performance to established metrics; determine resources needed to better equip recruiters to source and select talent; establish timelines/metrics in staffing open positions and lead team to deliver on service level agreements
: Consult with HR Managers on hiring needs and partner to develop appropriate recruiting plans and sourcing strategies
: Establish and maintain partnerships with Divisions, external Recruiters and third party partners and agencies in order to lead effective sourcing of candidates
: Identify and manage social media solutions, including internal and external career opportunities web page and inquiries, that will promote opportunities, engage candidates and recruit top talent
: Lead advancement and measurement of diversity recruitment initiatives
: Build and maintain relationships with targeted professional groups
: Determine strategy and participation for all networking and recruiting events
: Liaison to business partners (i.e. CoRE, KnowMe team, People Planning and Analytics) on GO support needs related to staffing and forecasting
: Ensure interviewing process is compliant with all corporate and legal guidelines
: Supervise and coach direct reports in performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
: Must be able to perform essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. Minimum Position Qualifications::/h2:
: 4 years progressive experience in recruiting with a track record of successful strategy creation and execution
: 2 years supervisory experience
: Knowledge of applicable employment laws
: Working knowledge of resume databases and recruiting metrics
: Experience in college recruiting, job fairs, and other external recruiting activities
: Proficient in Microsoft Office
: Able to continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures
: Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills
: Demonstrate professional, friendly demeanor both in person and over the phone
: Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple projects that require detail:orientation

: Recruiting experience in a Corporate environment
