The Graduate School is searching for a savvy and enthusiastic Program Coordinator. This position will report to Director of Graduate Studies and will support the University's mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff and all other activities. The Program Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for applicants and students in graduate programs. Duties include: Transcript and admission paperwork processing (entry into the Catalyst student information system of all received transcripts); Answer/manage the graduate school email accounts; and Manage Graduate School correspondence; Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat. This is a term appointment which will work a full:time schedule for two years. There is no guarantee of employment or job status after two years with this position.
