2013 Giant Anthem X Advanced 29er 0 SRAM XX1 Carbon Fiber SRAM XX in Cincinnati, Ohio For Sale
Up for sale is my brand new, never ridden Giant Anthem X Advanced 29er. It is a full carbon front end with an aluminum swing arm (rear end), making a light and strong bike. The weight is 23 pounds as pictured. I will not be racing mountain bikes this season, so I have chosen to sell what was going to be my race bike. It started as the stock built Anthem X Advanced 29 0, but I have had a brand new SRAM XX1 kit put on with custom, hand built wheels. The wheels utilize Hope Pro 2 Evo hubs (will include standard freehub body), Wheelsmith double butted spokes, and Stan's Crest 29er rims. They're light and strong, I have raced the same rims for a few seasons now with great durability. Also have Schwalbe Rocket Ron tires setup tubeless on the bike. I had an aluminum version of this bike prior to this one, and that was the same except for the carbon main triangle. Suspension is super smooth and efficient, overall an amazing lightweight full suspension setup. Has a Giant Overdrive 2 tapered fork (1 1/4" - 1 1/2") that makes it very precise at tracking and steering. The fork has RockShox's new solo air cartridge in it, not the dual air, feels very smooth and much easier to setup. Will make a great bike for racing or any sort of XC riding! The seatpost height is where I had the bike set for myself, (5' 7" with ~30" inseam), included below are detailed specs.
