BHDP is seeking an Architect with progressive architectural experience that possesses strong design and technical skills. Corporate workplace experience is a must. Duties: Lead design and technical process for medium and multiple small projects. Manage and develop staff for medium and small projects. Assist the Lead Architect, Client Leader or Sr. Architect to assemble a project team, develop a project budget and schedule, and execute the project. Generate new project work from existing clients. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years architectural experience. Undergraduate Degree from an accredited architectural program. Must be a registered architect. NCARB reciprocity preferred. Must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients to deliver results. Must have the ability to successfully manage the internal project team. Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast paced and complex environment. Ability to leverage technology to achieve creative and innovative solutions. Strong experience with interiors and exteriors preferred. Strong architectural design and technical skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient with Revit.
