Responsibilities: High participation in the Windows 7 Upgrade project Staff the Annuity Service Desk Assist end users with technical support of desktop and laptop computers, applications and related technology Answer phone calls respond to emails and personnel requests for technical support Log tickets into Service Desk software tool; triage and resolve users' calls or tickets engage other support groups when appropriate actively working ticket queues to ensure tickets do not age or breach SLAs provide end-user follow-up Provide first level application support for documented issues/resolutions Qualifications: Student pursuing a degree in IT Must be able to work 30 hours + per week through year-end (12/31/xxxx) Windows XP/Windows 7 Microsoft Office Suite(xxxx/xxxx) Working knowledge or familiarity with Active Directory Basic Networking Working knowledge or familiarity of Software Deployment tools (SCCM) Blackberry\Android\iOS experience helpful Excellent troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service skills Quality research skills to aid in troubleshooting and resolution of user problems.
