GENERAL FUNCTION: Serves as a subject matter expert and liaison between the Wholesale business line, TM, IT, Marketing, Sales Reporting, Operations and other business lines to analyze business and internal or external client needs, document requirements, and resolve complex business process problems. Coordinates development and support for new and existing processes or initiatives including continued development and enhancement of solutions and products, primarily through CRM or other sales tools, to ensure it supports current and future sales strategies and processes. Responsibilities to include continued development and enhancement of CRM solutions and enhancements to support the sales process and reporting requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Partners with key stakeholders to develop a solid knowledge base of the business line, including the business plan, products, processes and revenue streams. * Maintain a strong working knowledge of the business line, including the business plan, products, and sales process * Demonstrate a sound understanding of business systems, sales processes, and industry requirements to guide designs of solutions which support the business strategies.* Communicate strategies and updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.* Acts as team leader for process development projects. * Coordinates business requirements definition, development, testing, implementation and support for new and existing processes. * Drives the development of new functionality and enhancements of CRM by working with the sales force and IT* Identifies, researches, and analyzes problems, develops solutions and coordinates resolutions. * Reviews operational procedures and product features and recommends changes for improvement with an emphasis on increasing internal and external customer experience. * Partners with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems. * Provides guidance and context in prioritizing and determining complexity of problems and requests to business leaders. * Provides input into the creation of detailed project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects. * Contribute to project artifacts to support delivery of projects in line with EPMO guidelines, including authoring, consulting, reviewing and approving and sometimes facilitating delivery of various project deliverables lifecycle of a project. * Creates additional artifacts, as needed, to document process current and future state requirements.* Functions as the liaison between the Wholesale business line, IT, operations, other business lines and the technical areas throughout the project cycle. * Assists CRM Support Team in identifying and execution of data quality initiatives.* Works with development resources (in house and third party) to ensure development work is completed to specification. * Plays a key role in the planning, testing, and implementation of wholesale initiatives and CRM enhancements. * Identifies and participates in the development of new functionality and CRM product enhancements, documents business needs and determines development impact to current system processing. Works with product managers, IT resources and users to ensure accuracy of enhancements. * Coordinate activities around user acceptance testing of product enhancements including development of UAT test plans, coordinate subject matter experts and customers testing, and produce internal and customer release notes. * Comply with bank policies, procedures and strategies.* Other duties as required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None. Experience MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills * Significant experience in communication and presentation.* Strong project management skills* Undergraduate degree in business, finance or comparable work experience. * Understanding of Wholesale LOB and Bancorp systems across all Divisions and products is preferred* Project Management Methodology, Business Analyst, and SDLC/Testing QA Experience is preferred.* Self motivated, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
