Student Worker:Graduate Programs Office - (cincinnati, ohio) in Cincinnati, Ohio For Sale

The PhD program of our Graduate Programs office is seeking a student worker. The ideal candidate will be experienced using/developing web based applications with a database backend. A working knowledge of ASP. NET and/or Coldfusion (cfm); along with any design skills are considered a plus. The position will average 20 hours a week.
OBJECTIVES:
Design, implement, test, debug, data conversion, document and support software components and applications for use within our departmental websites and applications.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
:Write, debug, test and maintain web applications
:Operate, test and troubleshoot applications
:Manage enhancements and bug reports in tracking systems
:With general guidance, learn standards and levels of expectations for routine work
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
:Knowledge and understanding of the following web specifications: ASP, NET, Coldfusion, XML, CSS, HTML, Servlet / JSP, SQL
:Knowlege and understanding of the following programs are considered a plus: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, SiteFinity and SQL Server Management Studio
:Excellent communication, personal and organizational skills
:Strong skills in web usability and application design
